A day in the life…

The ideal administrative assistant is motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

  • Coordinate client meetings on calendar
  • Outreach to designers
  • Outreach to press and media
  • Venue Research and create reports
  • Attend events on behalf of AMCONYC
  • Help with social media content creation
  • Attend castings and fittings for fashion week
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Formulate pitches about CEO and AMCONYC for review.

Travel expenses and food will be paid for by CEO. 6 month contract & 30 hours a week commitment starting immediately. Do not reply if you can't commit to that. This is a real hands on experience type of role to gain experience. This is not a salaried position.
