We are looking for:

ADstruc seeks an entrepreneurial-minded Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support for the Operations Team. Ideal candidate will be a team player looking to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office vendors (e.g., catering, office maintenance, office supplies and cleaning staff)
  • Book employee travel, including hotels, flights, and rental cars
  • Help track and organize media contracts
  • Verify vendor invoices by reconciling with campaign contracts
  • Analyze monthly expenses and related receipts
  • Prepare invoices
  • Maintain accounting files
  • Maintain vendor files and records

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (business major a plus) or equivalent business experience
  • Extensive document management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
