B Great and B Social

We believe that encouraging strong bonds is key to building an enthusiastic and happy workplace. Localised social groups (B Great, & B Social) operate in all of our offices worldwide, organising social activities and events.

In Brandtone our employees voice matters and so we introduced the B Great initiative. B Great are a dedicated team of Brandtoners with representatives from all our markets across the globe. They work tirelessly on ideas and policy changes that make a difference for all our people and help to make Brandtone a great place to work. With their help and the help of all our people Brandtone was awarded Great Place to Work status in 2016, but the team won’t rest on their laurels and have even greater plans this year!

We take our social responsibility seriously. We raise funds for worthy causes by throwing great events like “The Great Brandtone Bake-off” and raffle “duvet” days regularly. Outside of the office we take part in charity runs and blood drives. In the last year we have raised funds for Irish Cancer Research, Irish Red Cross, Mark Pollock Trust, Barretstown, Crumlin Children’s hospital and Médecins Sans Frontières and we look forward to raising more funds for more great charities around the world in the future.
