Bring your events industry knowledge and experience to help clients leverage the EventMobi platform to it’s fullest, in this advisory role.

What impact will you have?

  • Own the ongoing relationship with assigned customers as it relates to increasing adoption of the platform they purchased, ensuring retention (seeing the value of their purchase), and improving satisfaction for their events
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy so that they may spread the EventMobi message with their peers!
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Identify opportunities to drive internal process improvements that will positively impact the experience of our customer base.
  • Identify further opportunities that align with customer goals and collaborate with our sales to help develop those opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and retention goals Advocate customer needs/issues across EventMobi departments.
  • Keep customers aware of EventMobi initiatives and product updates.
  • Manage account escalations

What will you bring to the team?

  • You have a minimum of 3+ years in either Event Industry experience, or, SaaS Customer Success experience, with proven success in managing existing accounts and relationships. You have a passion for and/or experience with Events.
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised and adept at multi-tasking, and be forensic in your documentation and follow-through practices.
  • A great sense of humour will mean you’ll fit right in!
  • Be empathetic and truly care about helping and solving others problems.
  • Love technology and are the type of person who is excited by the benefits that technology can bring to our industry! Be able to think outside the box and think creatively on how to improve the experience of our clients at every turn.
  • Love learning new things and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Be confident, passionate, and possess an ability to speak your mind and advocate for customers internally and externally.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have previous experience as a customer success manager / managed relationships
  • Have previous event or event planning experience
  • Have worked for a tech startup before
