Since 2005 Comfort Keepers Home Care has been enabling people to live at home independently. Our home help services enable our clients, be they older or disabled, to stay in the comfort of their own home by supporting the highest quality of life that is achievable. We care for our clients as though caring for a member of our own family.
We aim to provide the highest standards of home care and home help to our clients.
The values to which we aspire on a daily basis are:
Quality: To place Quality at the core of everything we do
Caring: To be Caring and understand the feelings of our clients, customers and staff
Professionalism: To be Professional in everything we do
Continuous Improvement: To Continuously identify areas where we can do better and change
There are many benefits in joining us. We are not an agency and all our professional carers are employed directly by us. They receive competitive packages, flexible working patterns and rotas, paid holidays as well as rewards for improved performance. All of which give you peace of mind and future security, as well as continuity with your client. As Irelands fastest growing care provider we have the range of clients and hours to meet your expectations and needs.
We have our own dedicated training company which offers training before you are placed in a client's home. We support you by funding up to 80% of your ongoing QQI Level 5 training and professional development, to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to deliver the very highest standards of care. These qualifications offer an excellent opportunity to develop your career.
We firmly believe in promoting from within and that is why we have Care Reviewers, Care co-ordinators and even Client Care Managers who all started their career with us as a carer. Join us as a carer and we will assist you in developing your career to your fullest potential.
Home care is a difficult profession to choose and that's why we have a broad range of supports for our carers including a dedicated Human Resource Department to assist with any employment needs. Each carer will have a Manager and Coordinator who they will report to. Furthermore, we have a 24 Oncall team to assist with carers needs outside of any office hours.
We know that our teams are key to our success and value the input they provide at every level. We'll encourage your ideas about how we can improve the services we provide and trust you to do the best you can.
As a sizeable organisation, we can often provide flexible working patterns that will suit your lifestyle and provide as much – or as little – work as is right for you.
