We are an Urban Bistro serving modern Irish food in a relaxed and casual manner. In 2016 we were delighted to have won Best Newcomer at the RAI awards and in October 2017 we were awarded with a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Our first 18 months open have been an amazing whirlwind. Craft is run by head chef and owner, Philip Yeung. Phil was previously head chef in Bang Restaurant for five years and this is his first restaurant. We are a close knit team who genuinely loves all things related to food and wine and we can't wait to share that passion with our guests and local residents.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our team at Craft. Candidate must have fluency in English and must be comfortable working in a close knit team. Similar experience is essential. This role has a potential to turn full time. Expected 30 hours a week!

About Craft

Craft is an award-winning neighbourhood bistro in Harold’s Cross, run by renowned chef Philip Yeung.

Working under Temple Garner, Philip became head chef at Town Bar and Grill and he was also instrumental in the re-opening of Bang Restaurant in 2010, again as head chef.

Philip opened Craft in February 2016 and very quickly gained recognition for his modern Irish cuisine, winning the ‘Best Newcomer’ award for Dublin at the Restaurants Association of Ireland Awards in May 2016. In 2017 Phil and his team were also shortlisted for ‘Best Casual Dining’ at the RAI Awards and were awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand 2018 status.
