Our Growth Story

Grabyo was founded in July 2013, initially working with Sky for Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model allowing consumers to share their favourite moments from the show. The technology was enhanced for rights holders and broadcasters after the value of sharing real-time social video clips from live streams became evident.

Grabyo is backed by major sports stars and leading investors including: Thierry Henry, Cesc Fabregas, Robin van Persie, Tony Parker, Oli Slipper (Perform Group), Nicole Junkermann (In Front Media) and Jorg Mohaupt (Access Industries).
