This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work in the research function within Europe’s biggest airline. Ryanair’s Insight & CRM team are looking for somebody with the passion to lead the ongoing delivery of our new Rate my Trip functionality and provide the “why” to help us understand the “what” that is generated through our website and booking data.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the research process, including


  • proposal preparation,
  • project design and management,
  • analysis and delivery of key consumer insights to the business.
  • Managing and surveying a panel of Ryanair customers is key,
  • working with external agencies and panel providers to understand what customers think about us at a national level.


They will also work with the leads within the team to ensure that market research integrates with our data science, data management and CRM functions.

Requirements:

  • Prospective candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience in quantitative research techniques at a research agency or research function within a blue chip company, particularly research & questionnaire design and analysis.
  • Experience of online survey software such as Qualtrics would be an advantage and strong excel skills are required.
  • Knowledge of qualitative research is preferred but not mandatory, but it is important that the candidate knows and understands panels, the research process and has a passion for understanding and integrating their work with analytics generated by the wider team.
