Front Of House Staff / Counter Staff

We are looking for a counter staff member for our Diep at Home take out and delivery store in
Drumcondra. Candidate must have experience in customer service and will be available for evening and
weekend work. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Answering calls/taking orders,
• Dealing with delivery drivers efficiently,
• Replying to queries, feedback or complaints,
• Dealing with cash,
• Knowledge of the menu,
• Ability to advise/recommend dishes to customers,
• Upkeep and cleaning the front of house area.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fluent English is essential for this position.
