This Senior Account Manager position for the DACH territory is a high impact, high visibility position, combining equal parts relationship management and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success in a SaaS technology company where they have helped drive DACH customer adoption, had responsibility for revenue retention and demonstrated an ability to drive growth in their assigned accounts. This person will work best in a dynamic, technology-driven environment utilizing phone and on-site interactions to effectively manage a high velocity of activity.

​Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent engagement with existing DACH DocuSign clients to develop and maintain extraordinary relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention while helping to grow DocuSign’s incremental revenue in the DACH territory. Through those interactions you will:
  • Drive adoption of existing DACH client investments
  • Effectively renew all assigned DACH accounts with favorable terms and conditions
  • Qualify sales opportunities based on DocuSign’s sales methodology and metrics
  • Position DocuSign's value proposition as part of the overall business solution
  • Expand the DocuSign solution beyond the functionality introduced during implementation process
  • Through networking calls with existing DACH clients, develop referrals into new opportunities and maintain Client Referral program
  • Regularly review assigned DACH accounts to highlight key results, analyze metrics, demonstrate value, and emphasize the ROI, as well as, recommend process/procedure changes to better utilize DocuSign’s services
  • Build and effectively execute account plans and strategies for each DACH target account
  • Provide accurate, timely reports, and forecasts, as needed, for management
  • Team with Account Executives to ensure qualified upsell is maximized and new customer transition smooth.
  • Manage overall customer loyalty, serving as internal advocate and escalation point to clients.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree
  • A proven track record of success in account management, consultative sales or business consulting preferably within a SaaS / cloud sales model
  • Strong computer skills, including experience using sales force automation tools (preferably Salesforce.com), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Impeccable business ethics with polished and professional sales presentation skills
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding individual sales targets and quotas
  • Ability to manage large volume of concurrent client relationships
  • Ability to identify, critique, suggest, and implement intelligent changes to the clients' business optimization processes
  • Ability to work as a team, as well as independently.
  • Strong teamwork skills; proven self-motivation and passion for their profession
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
  • Fluency in German and English
