The Accounts Payable Specialist role will be responsible for preparation, processing and maintenance of the accounts payable records for our DocuSign EMEA locations. The role works as a member of the Accounting team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute tasks with a high attention to detail are requirements for this role.

This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the Director of Business Process.

​Responsibilities

  • Manage invoice to payment process in accordance to our financial policies and procedures.
  • Interface with business owners on specific needs with respect to invoice processing and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely response to both internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate with business owners and Purchasing to develop Vendor communication to ensure proper invoice submission and PO reference requirements.
  • Monitor Rent, Utility and Telecom Vendors to assure timely payment.
  • Perform weekly check run.
  • Reconcile Vendor statements, respond to vendor inquiries and, research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure end-users have a seamless purchase-to-pay experience.
  • Monitor process to assure use of preferred suppliers.
  • Create ad hoc reporting as needed and other job responsibilities as necessary.

​Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience in a customer service oriented Accounts Payable role
  • A proven track record of success with an ePayables system – implementation experience a plus
  • Experience working with multiple currencies and multiple legal entities.
  • NetSuite software experience preferred
