The Role

A Web Analytics Developer with proven experience in the implementation of a web analytics suite, preferably Adobe Analytics/ Adobe Dynamic Tag Management (DTM), is required by Ryanair.

Your responsibilities as a Web Analytics Developer will include

  • Development and implementation of web analytics (Adobe Analytics/DTM) and other tagging on the Ryanair website
  • Validate the technical feasibility of creative designs
  • Collaborate with marketers and operations personnel to ensure a functional and usable experience for consumers across mobile and desktop platforms
  • Provide support for production systems and troubleshoot application related problems
  • Write/maintain documentation

​Here's what we're looking for

  • 2-5 Years Development Experience
  • Hand coding HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including handling JSON/XML data)
  • JavaScript frameworks, particularly AngularJS
  • Responsive design and mobile development

1+ Year Web Analytics Experience

  • Developing and integrating web analytics tag implementations, including data validation
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe SiteCatalyst/DTM or Google Tag Manager (GTM)


  • Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, and experience debugging issues using browser developer tools
  • Excellent understanding of asynchronous request handling and single-page applications
  • Additional programming/scripting languages such as Perl/Python/PHP
  • Experience with REST / SOAP/ Web Services
  • Experience across the broader Adobe Digital Marketing suite would be beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
