PR ​Client Manager – Corporate / Public Affairs at Cullen Communications in Dublin, Ireland

Cullen Communications, one of Ireland’s leading independent PR agencies, seeks an ambitious Client Manager to join its Corporate PR / Public Affairs division.

This is an opportunity to join an award-winning client service team, working with a range of high-profile national and international clients operating across a range of sectors.


Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years’ agency experience with excellent writing, presentation and communications skills, and a good understanding of the Public Affairs arena in Ireland. An appropriate third-level qualification is also required.


Experience Required

You should have at least three years’ experience working with clients in the Corporate / Public Affairs space:

  • Providing strategic communications advice and brand guidance
  • Devising and executing Corporate PR and Public Affairs strategy
  • Liaising with media to generate print, online and broadcast coverage
  • Leveraging contacts within business media and Government departments
  • Developing communications materials for a variety of stakeholders
  • Managing B2B events and sponsorships
  • Managing social media platforms on behalf of both agency and client
  • Identifying and developing new business prospects


About You

You should be a confident and outgoing self-starter with excellent people skills, capable of serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day client liaison while single-handedly driving the corporate communications / Public Affairs agenda. You will have the support of the wider agency team and will be expected to work closely with colleagues in client service, creative, administration, finance etc.


New business development will be integral to this role, and you will be expected to contribute to the ongoing growth of the Corporate / Public Affairs division, and to the wider agency.


This is a senior position and we would expect the successful candidate to progress rapidly to Client Director status, upon achievement of an agreed set of KPIs.
