Cellar Manager at Dean Dublin in Dublin, Ireland

Your role will be the cellar manager for The Dean Hotel, Sophie's Bar and Restaurant, and Everleigh Gardens . The main focus of your job will be to manage the cellar team, manage the incoming and outgoing stock, and all the things that go along with this! Please note, late nights are a must with this job.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operation of all incoming and outgoing stock
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Control costs and minimise waste
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures

Please note that this can be a physically demanding at times and will require manual handling certification/training. Late nights are a must with this job.
