Senior Receptionist at Core Media Ireland in Dublin, Ireland

Core Media is Ireland’s largest Marketing Communications group comprising of nine agencies offering services in strategy, campaign management, advertising, media buying and consultancy to digital media, market research, data science and many more.

We are looking for a friendly, highly organised, motivated and professional Senior Receptionist to work across these agencies, acting as first point of contact for anyone who enters our building. Core Media is a fast paced and ever expanding working environment so multi-tasking skills are a must.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3-years’ experience in a corporate environment or the hospitality industry
  • Strong Front of house management skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills

  • You will be a proven multi-tasker dealing with multiple enquiries within tight deadlines.
  • You will be highly organised, flexible, happy to work on your own initiative and have a proven ability to work well within a team.
  • With a professional, friendly and welcoming demeanour, you will develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues across the Core Media group.

Responsibilities


  • Act as the first point of contact and face of Core Media, providing professional and helpful services for our clients and employees – all meet & greet duties
  • Organising the setting up of meeting rooms, booking rooms for all staff through multiple suites, organising catering and ensuring any additional requirements are meet.
  • Dealing with Post, deliveries and couriers
  • Stock takes and the ordering of stock along with cost analysis/budgeting
  • Working across four buildings to ensure all are meeting the H&S standards and maintaining the company’s aim of togetherness.
  • Administration support
  • Dealing with all queries over the phone and in person
  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude for all requests.
  • Create and develop new smart ways of working – working smarter vs. working harder.
  • Proactively build relationships within our wider Group and understand the roles of other partner agencies.
