Community IT Lead at Iconic Offices in Dublin, Ireland

Iconic Offices has an exciting new IT role. We are looking for a talented and passionate Community IT Lead. The ideal candidate is a confident problem solver, outgoing & customer service professional that can warm a crowd. Do you have a penchant for administrative detail, and be a shining example of strong work ethic? Add a shot of enthusiasm and drive for the job and you’ll be our ideal candidate.

A few of the responsibilities are;

  • Interaction with clients IT department & prioritising time between clients in different locations in D2.
  • Assist with new openings requirements and new client move ins.
  • Being the first point of contact for Telephony issues and new configuration.
  • Assisting Iconic staff member in setting up their reception PCs and work laptops.
  • Liaise with suppliers and feed back to your line manager and center teams.
  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with them in an appropriate manner and according to guidelines.
  • Seek member feedback and address member concerns and suggestion.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues such as printers, cabling, switches, AP's & handsets to name a few.
  • Complete IT audits under Iconic guidelines.
  • Assiting the Iocnic team on best practice
  • Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with members in person and via company online portal.
  • Develop a good understanding of member’s business and keeping up to date with trends and news within that industry.


Requirements

The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast paced serviced office company with the following requirements:

  • Professional experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management preferred
  • Extremely strong writing, communication and people skills
  • Passion for planning kick-a$$ events and building a community
  • Well-rounded and able to talk about a wide range of topics with ease
  • Highly organised and attentive to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Fun personality, honest, creative, curious, intelligent, hardworking and drive for achievement
  • Knowledge of/proficiency in key social media platforms and a keen eye for taking pictures.
