Marketing Lifecycle Lead at Jobbio in Dublin, Ireland

The Marketing Lifecycle Lead will be responsible for strengthening Jobbio’s relationship with all users throughout their lifecycle and will take a lead role in driving high-value behaviors, reducing churn, increasing user satisfaction and lifetime value across both sides of our marketplace. The Marketing Lifecycle Lead is tasked with continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships in order to expand business and provide rich insights to the business on an ongoing basis.

What You’ll Do

  • Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey for both B2B and B2C audiences: Identify places in the customer journey where customers disengage, then develop strategies to preemptively identify, win back and retain those customers.
  • Develop revenue, retention and engagement strategies through relevant, targeted messaging and increased user engagement
  • Effectively partner with Sales & Accounts management in order to achieve successful execution of the customer's strategy and roadmap
  • Own lifecycle marketing KPI’s like Sessions; Returning visitors, Job Applications and conversion of cold leads into prospects
  • Be the voice of customer into product roadmap based on market and audience insight. This includes working closely with UX and Product team members to optimise experience on Jobbio properties.
  • Develop regular user insights and build the frameworks that guides strategic discussion about engagement strategies for specific user segments.
  • Execute campaigns that are built with sophisticated segmentation, personalisation and targeting rules.
  • Manage a team of 2 to deliver all components of the customer engagement roadmap
  • Ability to build productive relationships with key leaders across multiple departments in order to ensure proactive action is taken to improve customer experiences.
  • Partner with internal analytics team to establish detailed KPI's and measure and report performance of all initiatives.

    • Will be a digital native with a keen interest in innovative technologies to improve marketing effectiveness. Must have working knowledge of engagement tools like Pardot, Hubspot, Mailchimp etc
    • A strong communicator with the ability to present ideas and/or strategies clearly.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels.
    • While being focused on digital innovation the candidate should have the ability to think commercially.
    • A deep knowledge of advanced segmentation and the use of data for personalisation is essential.
    • Experience with technology implementation and change management.
    • Strong organization and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Solid analytical and numerical skills.
    • Proven experience in driving increased customer engagement & retention
    • An experienced people manager with the ability to nurture and mentor direct reports.
    • An understanding of database structure is essential.
