The Marketing Lifecycle Lead will be responsible for strengthening Jobbio’s relationship with all users throughout their lifecycle and will take a lead role in driving high-value behaviors, reducing churn, increasing user satisfaction and lifetime value across both sides of our marketplace. The Marketing Lifecycle Lead is tasked with continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships in order to expand business and provide rich insights to the business on an ongoing basis.
