​CRO Manager at KAX Media Ltd. in Dublin, Ireland

We are looking for an experienced conversion rate optimization specialist to join our Dublin based team. This new role within Gambling.com Group will define the CRO workflow company-wide and work across all teams on its implementation.


Responsibilities:

  • Own A/B and multivariate testing process, including research, UX design, implementation, measurement and analysis
  • Define CRO workflow to implement across teams
  • Work with product teams to set testing priorities
  • Research user behaviours in order to identify key areas for UX improvement
  • Mine analytics for weak points in conversion funnel
  • Implement tests, both big and small
  • Coach UX Designers on CRO best practices
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement ongoing CRO strategies
  • Create standards for measurement and analysis
  • Manage implementation of winning concepts across site in order to scale impact
  • Help evangelize CRO across organization

Requirements:

  • Analytical mindset
  • Very experienced eye for UX
  • User-centric mindset
  • Data-led decision making
  • Experiencing creating wireframes
  • Experience with multi-channel media strategy
  • Extensive Experience with research and testing tools
  • Experience in Gambling a plus
  • Some coding experience
  • General Knowledge of SEO best practices
