ULearn English School is seeking a well-presented, well-spoken, well-mannered individual to look after the accommodation needs of our students. The position will initially be a part-time role for about a month while the successful candidate visits and inspects new families. The role will become a full-time position very soon after as summer approaches. The candidate will mainly be expected to carry out office administrative tasks within the office (allocating students, ensuring timely information is relayed between school/students/families, answering phone-calls and emails etc), customer-service based tasks (coordinating school and students, answering questions by phone, email or face-to-face), and practical duties (changing a lightbulb every now and then or going to visit families).
The successful candidate will need to have access to their own transport and this job may require some evening and weekend availability. Fluent English is vital. The salary available would be commensurate with experience.
