Senior Sales Manager - Digital Content Agency at Far From Avocados Ltd in Dublin, Ireland

We're Far From Avocados, and we're experiencing quite the expansion at the moment. To keep that momentum going strong, we're looking for a target-driven Senior Sales Manager with the passion for winning new business.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling solutions to businesses built around our service catalogue – from written content and imagery to video content, AR, VR and podcasts – as well as ensuring we always have a healthy pipeline and that we have the structures in place to stay prospering. Prospecting, new business development, proposals and pitching will all be a part of your day-to-day – this is an opportunity to influence one of the fastest growing content marketing agencies in the field, with a product that sells itself!

What You'll Get Up To...

  • Lead new business generation and work on up-selling of existing clients;
  • Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast;
  • Build and develop the sales process, including prospect targeting, qualifying, and positioning of Far From Avocados services

  • A great communicator, comfortable leading meetings, workshops and writing documents;

  • Someone who's positive and has a can-do attitude – you're self-motivated and can motivate those around you.

And the stuff that'd knock our socks off...

  • A successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills;
  • A proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end, including qualification proposal creation, negotiation and closing;
  • A proven experience of developing and maintaining a solid customer base and executive level relationships as well as high level partner alliances;
  • B2B, B2C, client success in the Irish market... and a few names in your little black book.

Beneficial if you come with:

  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • 5+ years of sales experience incl 2+ years of sales management experience beneficial;
  • Strong Networking; in the area of media sales, B2B eCommerce and Tech;
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written;
  • Strong interest and understanding of digital content / media;
  • Past experience with digital media sales would knock our socks off;
  • Familiarity with social media, content strategy, digital advertising super beneficial.
