At Digital Marketing Institute we are looking to grow our customer base within specific markets over the coming years. In order to achieve this, we have identified the need for a B2B Sales Lead Researcher/Qualifier who will sit within the B2B Sales function and will provide a supply of qualified leads and opportunities to our sales team.

Our Sales Development Executive will be responsible for the being the first interaction with a potential DMI customer, systematic gathering, recording and analysing of data about leads will be a critical first step in building a scalable business in target markets.

This role would suit a recent graduate or sales professional who is just starting out in their careen and is looking to grow within a fast past sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying, Source, and Pre - qualify Academic institutions, private training providers and corporate organisations based on pre-defined criteria for the Sales Team
  • Identify specific programs within these universities and private training companies to target for DMI partnership opportunities
  • Identify specific corporate opportunities within pre-defined criteria who could be interested in digital marketing and selling training
  • Gather and document specific information from each organisation within the CRM system
  • Generate qualified Appointments for sales team from the research completed

The Essentials

  • 1- 2 years’ experience in a B2B/B2C Inside sales role or Lead generation role
  • Experience of using SalesForce.com would be desirable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong Reporting and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable and competent having conversations via phone - you will be responsible for making a high volume of calls on a daily basis
