In the summer of 2013, fresh out of university we brought our beautiful butters to farmers markets across Dublin town. Our shared love of grass-fed butter started with El's knowledge as a chalet chef, Hannah's interest in seasonal ingredients and all the times we spent cooking in the kitchen together. We now supply our award winning butter based products to retail multiples across Ireland and the UK.
Our mission is to elevate the butter and convenience chilled categories with better quality offerings.
In three years, we’ve built brand recognition and industry experience through launching Improper Butter.
