Lufthansa InTouch Dublin began its operations in October 1997, with 40 employees handling calls for Lufthansa in German. Today, about 200 staff members of more than 20 different nationalities service Lufthansa customers in seven different languages, focussing on Western European countries such as Italy, Spain, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, France, Greece, and Portugal.
The service portfolio of Lufthansa InTouch Dublin includes a variety of Business-2-Customer (B2C) and Business-2-Business (B2B) services, such as General Reservations, Miles & More status customer handling, Web Support, Customer Feedback, Group Sales and Ticketing.
