Marqette is a simple food market inspired space. The use of reclaimed materials have been chosen to give the food court an established feel in what is quite a modern transport hub. With features including a 1960s Citroen split screen van, steel shipping containers, reclaimed timber from American Amish barns and Dolphin’s Barn Brick salvaged from the demolition of U2’s Windmill Lane studio. Marqette employs over 110 staff and they will provide a range of food and beverages for passengers to enjoy.

The Space

Accompanying the unique and dramatic interior is a carefully chosen menu designed by its executive chef team led by Peter Brennan. The bar area offers comfortable and stylish surroundings in which to catch the latest news or sports scores whether enjoying a craft beer or barista coffee.

The Food

Marqette sets a new standard for food service at Dublin Airport, offering customers and staff food to go, food on the slow and food on the fly which allows people to take their food on board.
