Marqette is a simple food market inspired space. The use of reclaimed materials have been chosen to give the food court an established feel in what is quite a modern transport hub. With features including a 1960s Citroen split screen van, steel shipping containers, reclaimed timber from American Amish barns and Dolphin’s Barn Brick salvaged from the demolition of U2’s Windmill Lane studio. Marqette employs over 110 staff and they will provide a range of food and beverages for passengers to enjoy.
