You could start out working on the restaurant floor or grilling chicken as Nandoca, or, if you've got the right skills and experience, jump straight in at management level, helping to run an entire restaurant. We also run a great fast track development programme for our ambitious assistant managers or of course there are a number of roles behind the scenes in our Central Support office.

Each one of our restaurants has its own special design. Doing things this way has meant a little more work, but we reckon it’s really worth the effort and the result is pretty unique. We love big, happy gatherings, seeing and hearing children, and we reckon guests eating with fingers is just fine! Which is why at Nando’s we only have two rules… smile and enjoy!

The Nando's Story
It all started in 1987, in a suburb of Johannesburg called Rosettenville. A man named Fernando Duarte invited Robbie Brozin to a humble eatery to try some mouth watering PERi-PERi chicken. The rest, as they say, is history. Five years later, Nando's landed in the UK and then in 2008 in Ireland. When it did, we made a decision: to put as much passion into our people, as we do our chicken. That's because, as extraordinary as it may sound, chicken alone doesn't make us who we are. It's the people that make the chicken.
