The Smoked BBQ Project began with our love for slow cooked, smoked food: delicate and packed with flavour. Our Pitt Master has developed a blend of unique dry rubs, mops and marinades. Using the best of Irish produce, we smoke meats for up to 14 hours in our custom built American Smokers, over a combination of hickory, beechwood and applewood.
