Where we got the idea

Gavin McCarthy and Sara Mitchell set up Ireland's first Rotisserie chicken business in May 2009. The idea came to them after a holiday in Spain where they enjoyed a hot rotisserie chicken bought straight from the spit at a local farmers market.

Poulet Bonne Femme is now open 7 days a week in Avoca food market in Monkstown as well as in their new area in Avoca Rathcoole, N7. You can also find us in Avoca food hall, Suffolk Street Monday - Saturday serving Dublin's No.1 sandwich according to Lovin' Dublin.

What we do
