Real Nation is a company that specialises in behavioural change across a diverse range of industries. Our dynamic company consists of four major departments, namely Education, Events, Design & Experiential.
Education is the largest department in Real Nation with a collective of educators, psychologists, and project managers. We develop programmes based on behaviour change underpinnings, guided by education constructs and psychology principles. MD Aidine O’Reilly M.Ed is a former teacher and is responsible for spear-heading some of Ireland’s largest education programmes.
Real Nation are responsible for the World Health Organisation Award Winning programme Food Dudes, of which we developed the implementation model (and is now being used worldwide). We also run Google Call to Code, Green Schools Expo, IWISH Tech Expo for Girls, Bord Gais Energy Student Theatre Awards, Laya Super Trooper, Bord Bia Future is Food, Our World Irish Aid Awards, SEAI One Good Idea, Active Flag and many more.
The Education Department always require a wide range of experience and skillsets, including educational experts, detail-oriented organisers and personable representatives for our programmes.
Within our award-winning Experiential Marketing Department, we work with leading consumer brands such as Heineken, Orchard Thieves, Tayto, Desperados, Bord Gais Energy, Tiger, Le Crunch, Dulux, and many other well-known national and international brands.
At Real Nation we manage a huge number of consumer-facing initiatives on behalf of our clients, from large scale brand activation sampling campaigns to nationwide roadshows and specialised events.
We have a dedicated full-time team to ensure that we produce the highest standard of professional part time and full time Brand Ambassadors with a variety of skill sets and expertise for our client portfolio which is always growing.
Our Events Department has won the Best Ceremony Award two years in a row from the Event Industry Awards. Our department streams into three areas of Corporate, Music and Educational events. Our corporate clients include 7Up and Heineken. This work involves the high profile and flawless launch of new products. Music event clients include that of Dublin City Council and Horse Racing Ireland. In our music events we work to create music festivals sponsored by our clients which includes full organisation, management of suppliers, running of all day to day aspects from initial set up, monitoring and clearing of venues.
Our dedicated team works closely with the Education Department to culminate campaigns and projects with live national events such as AIB’s Build A Bank, SEAI’s One Good Idea and The Bord Gais Energy Student Theatre Awards. The Events Department always has room for quick thinking, resourceful and enthusiastic people to join our team.
