Social Account Director - UK at Thinkhouse in London, United Kingdom

We are a Youth Marketing Agency, specialising in connecting brands with youth audiences across the UK and Ireland. We believe that an understanding of all channels is needed to do this successfully, so we have built an integrated agency that puts creativity first. We utilise all relevant channels from social to digital, content, PR, and influencer, to build our campaigns.

We are on the hunt for a Social Account Director for an initial 6 month contract, with a view to extending. Ideally coming from a social agency or digital media agency, you will have a working knowledge of all social platforms and have experience executing innovative social strategies for brands. You will work collaboratively with the team in our Shoreditch office on one of our biggest consumer-facing brands.


Manage the social outputs and workflow of the social team - community manager, copywriter etc.

Manage client expectations, ensure all deadlines are met, client is kept updated and work collaboratively with their team in-house on social execution.

Drive engagement and brand awareness on a global level for consumer and retail brands

Develop social strategies for specific campaigns as well as overall brand work

Work in partnership with the in-house public relations team, take responsibility for driving new customer acquisition from social to consumer and lifestyle websites

Using knowledge of the changing social landscape, you will be required to manage paid social activity for our brands


Inspiring, highly driven and organised social media professional with minimum 4 years prior experience planning and executing social campaigns

Exceptional relationship management skills and the proven ability to work with and influence stakeholders

Prior budget and people management experience

Proven track record in leading paid social campaigns and driving high performance

Strong commercial acumen demonstrated through past experience.

Ability to think strategically and develop, communicate and implement a compelling vision and plan.
