Contracts Manager - France at Secret Escapes in London, United Kingdom

With the French team and region growing we are now searching for an additional talented Contracts Manager to join our sales team. The role is based on our London office. Reporting to the head of Hotels, France, this person will take responsibility for negotiating contracts for hotel product direct with suppliers in France (specific area dependent on experience/location).

Main responsibilities

  • Negotiating discounts of up to 70% with hotels in France
  • Identifying a pipeline of sales that offer a constant diversity of product across France, from country hotels and spas to chic and boutique in the city, from beach resorts to self-catering apartments
  • Manage all elements of the contracting process from target identification and initial contact right through to pricing, contract agreement and allocation management

Role Requirements

  • A proven Contracts Manager with a track record of successful product roles
  • Experience of negotiating contracts with hotels in France is essential
  • Possess a black book of contacts for French hoteliers
  • Good knowledge of the domestic French travel market
  • Good knowledge of the inbound travel market
  • Fluent French speaker
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to travel within France, or overseas when required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a bonus
