KOMPAS is looking for a Business Operations Manager who is keen to be a part of a fast growing startup alongside an innovative and creative team. You will be responsible for the overall business performance of the cities we have launched in as well as helping in launching into new cities , as part of these duties you will lead regional sales strategies, KPI management and brand reputation. We’re looking for a smart, passionate Business Operation Manager who can come and be a part of our team and help maintain smooth operations across the UK and Germany. The position is based in London.

What Will You Do?

  • Building and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders
  • Driving brand standards and brand awareness
  • Assisting in the development of marketing plans across the UK and Germany
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards across all cities Promote consistent best practice
  • Planning and controlling change
  • Managing quality assurance programmes
  • Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
  • Revising and improving systems and operational protocols to ensure we can continue to meet growth demands, and be able to effectively communicate, train, manage, and get buy in from the remote teams
  • Managing cost and the distribution of company resources across our city locations

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years experience in similar roles
  • Professional proficiency in English and German
  • Self motivated and ability to work autonomously with great follow through
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to multi task and prioritise effectively
  • Creative flair and a passion for innovation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean startup environment
  • Bright, enthusiastic personality with the ability to work well as part of a team

Your Team

You’ll be working with the COO and the rest of the operations team as well as liaising with the marketing team who will assist with city launches. You’ll have the opportunity to put your full set of skills to use, working across a variety of media. You’ll be based in our London offices
