KOMPAS is looking for a Marketing Executive with copywriting experience who is keen to be a part of a fast growing startup alongside an innovative and creative team. You will be working towards emphasising the KOMPAS brand story which focuses on an innovative twist to city exploration, adventure and supporting the local independent businesses. We have an open culture and new ideas are always encouraged. Collaboration with stakeholders and other departments is key. What Will You Do?

  • Carry out activities within the marketing department
  • Review the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Write and edit creative marketing copy for a variety of materials including, marketing campaigns, advertising, brochures, promotional products, social media and anything else required by the business
  • Working closely with the marketing and design team to assist where needed throughout the creation and execution of campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with current marketing trends, relevant news and ensuring the business maintains an up-to-date approach

Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to multi task and prioritise effectively
  • A high level of written and verbal communication
  • Creative flair and a passion for writing material that is both interesting and intriguing
  • Experience of using marketing and CRM software
  • Bright, enthusiastic personality with the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Team work and the willingness to learn new skills

Your Team

You’ll be working with the rest of the marketing team as well as liaising with the design team who will assist with marketing campaigns. You’ll have the opportunity to put your full set of skills to use and to work cross-media. You’ll be based in our London offices.
