Overall Job Purpose

Reporting into the CMO, the Senior Marketing Revenue Manager will oversee all the budget management, measurement frameworks, forecasting, reporting and analytics for all our acquisition marketing across all our markets including the US, UK, DE and the Nordics.  The role comes at a key point in the growth of the business, where the successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating all our planned aggressive user growth.  You will be a key part of how this business optimises performance and makes the right marketing investment decisions.

This person will be extremely adept at managing large budgets, leading our marketing forecasting and revenue projection process, proposing reallocation of budget during the year and leading on how we measure and allocate value to our marketing.

Main Responsibilities

Work closely with the CMO, COO and market General Managers on how we are best allocating and optimizing marketing budget against each market on a macro and micro basis.

Optimize global spend across all channels and markets to deliver efficient CPL and LTV of our users to budget.

Be the point contact for our FP&A Director, as well as the General Managers for each market for forecasting and budgeting processes; setting annual, quarterly and weekly targets for all channels across all markets and working with the rest of the marketing team to ensure we deliver this.

Role Requirements

-          Someone has worked in a scaling business across multiple markets and channels; where building, influencing and executing played a key part of their role.

-          Managed a budget of > £5m pa in previous roles to ROI or CPL targets

-          Ideally strong client-side experience with digital background

-          Advanced Excel skills related to analysis, reporting and forecasting

-          Any online transactional consumer sector – eg ecommerce, gaming, flights etc

-          Ideally 2-5 years financial or marketing experience

-          2:1 from top-tier university; ideally with science, engineering, maths background

-          Fluent in English

-          Cleared to work in the UK/EU
