Things you should know about us

We love technology, and our stack proves it.  We use Groovy (Grails), Python (Django and gRPC), MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Jenkins, Linux, Docker, Ansible, Terraform and more. Our processes are modern and forward thinking, we work in an agile way, follow TDD and deploy to production up to 5 times a day!

We are a multicultural team with team members based in London and Bristol, Berlin, Poznan and Warsaw in Poland, and Skopje (Macedonia).  And yes, there is the opportunity to visit all of these locations!  We communicate and collaborate with a variety of tools including Slack and Google Hangouts and when we do get together in the same place we like to play pool and gather round the Playstation.

Continuous improvement is a key principle of the team and it's important that everyone is always improving both technically and professionally. The business provides opportunities to further their career and hone their skills through individual development plans, as well as a generous budget for training.
