A new position has opened up as an Acquisition Lead in our Growth team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth, you will lead the team driving the performance marketing and digital function globally.

What You'll Do

  • Full ownership of the performance marketing and digital function globally covering B2B and B2C activities
  • Set vision, strategy, execution playbook and reporting for digital marketing campaigns targeted to acquire companies and candidates
  • Optimise and execute measurable demand creation programs that drive revenue through direct and indirect sales teams
  • Manage and grow performance activities in Search, Display, Social, Affiliate and CRM (focused on new user acquisition)
  • Full ownership of user acquisition KPIs (CPA / CPC, LTV, CTR etc)Manage marketing budget and forecast to deliver efficient return on investment
  • Test new strategies & channels for increased traffic and revenue (leader of innovation, setting up automation along with product team and ever increasing efficiency in performance marketing returns)
  • Working with direct reports and other key stakeholders to ensure consistency across other channels (Engagement, Content, Sales etc)
  • Identify opportunity areas for growth, smart execution and constant optimisation (hunter attitude to drive growth, scale and high ROI)
  • Launch and scale digital lead generation and lifecycle approach through programmatic buying
  • You're the expert, hungry to constantly learn and self-improve / be ahead of the curve in performance marketing and user acquisition / retention - drive change and cutting edge best practices internally
  • Team management of current global digital team and ownership over new recruits / training and development

Meet The Team!


  • 7+ more years of B2B & B2C demand creation experience through integrated campaigns (ideally based on Google Analytics, Salesforce and digital marketing technologies)
  • Strong digital/inbound marketing including Mobile, Web and content marketing, ability to leverage social media to seed demand, (SEO/SEM), affiliate marketing and content syndication.
  • Marketing automation, Web content management, Web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
  • Building and managing a shared demand waterfall with sales
  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and empathy skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes.
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs.
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • History of team & budget management
