Paid Social Manager
We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our brand partnerships team. This role is responsible for optimisation, execution, scaling and reporting of UNILAD Media Groups marketing and commercial activity through paid social.
The Paid Media Specialist will be expected to amplify UNILAD Media Group’s brand and content to drive unique audiences to original content (branded and editorial) through paid social.
What you will be doing:
- To work with the planning team to understand key company objectives based on brand, consumer and market insight as well as executing paid social strategy
- To have a clear understanding of how target audiences engage with different social media channels
- To recommend and buy appropriate buying tools and develop relevant partnerships
- To buy media on major social platforms Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram using either native or paid management platforms and tools
- Monthly reports on campaigns including evaluating and analysing performance of media and impact on other metrics and providing recommendations for ongoing and future activity
- Build audience targets and be an expert in re-marketing
- Provide reports and data leveraging insights, analytics and optimise and improve social campaigns and drive more informed content initiatives
- Build our YouTube proposition
What we need for this role:
- Experience running paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram across different products including canvas ads, Facebook ad formats (boosting and dark posts) and promoting videos
- Ability to demonstrate ROI and drive efficiency via campaign adjustment
- A strong understanding of publishing & the social media landscape
- A good understanding of programmatic
- Experience developing audience profiles and targeted groups for paid social campaigns
- Growing social channels using organic and paid means
