Our HRBP will support our rapidly growing Shazam team across North America, comprising approx 100; responsible for all aspects of the HR service to the business leaders and employees. Ensuring outstanding customer focus by delivering value-add, commercial HR support to internal customer groups based in our London offices.
To thrive in this role, you will love variety, work independently, communicate well and be super organised. The right candidate will have ability to work under pressure and to prioritise, being able to be strategic one minute then to be able to roll up your sleeves and look into the details the next.
Where Does The Role Sit?
The role is based in our NYC Office but supporting 5 US offices on a daily basis. Reporting into our Chief People Officer who is based in London, with regular contact across the rest of our global business.
A minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high commercial standards in a high volume, fast-paced, hands-on, agile environment
