​What you will do and what will make you shine:

  • Employee Relations : Responsible for both the proactive (education and prevention) and reactive (conflict management and investigations) categories. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing expert level consultation, guidance, and support in all matters related to employee relations. These matters include management training, consultation, and guidance, employee complaint review, investigations, and policy development. Manage our off-boarding process: review exit surveys, conduct exit interviews, and create quarterly turnover reports/trends for management review.
  • Performance Review Process: Coordinate the implementation of our global performance management process end to end. Manage our change of status process for internal transfers and compensation changes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with EEO-1 reporting, HIPPA certification, Compliance Training, and other all education requirements.
  • Analytics/Reporting: Support submission of compensation and benefit survey data. Assist tracking metrics and KPIs for the global HRBP function. Work with our HRIS Manager to ensure systems are updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, benefits, etc.
  • Program Management: Will manage building, rollout, and action planning of our Culture Survey twice yearly. Partner and drive a variety of projects including program design, modeling analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new HR programs. Develop communication materials and deliver training on HR programs: compensation education, PDP, internal policies, etc. Will be part of team to support development of a revised global on-boarding process to ensure new employees have a well-rounded overview of the company mission and vision, products and history, ensuring the new hire experience is consistent globally.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 8 years experience in human resources with four or more years in Human Resources as a manager
  • Technology industry experience is a plus
  • Workday experience is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, managers, and executives and use discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Capability to shift priorities and effectively perform in a fast paced environment
