As a member of our ISV Business Development team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of AppDirect’s Application Developer ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally to identify, recruit and execute net-new strategic partnerships with ISVs to bring their services into the AppDirect distribution catalog. We look for entrepreneurial spirit and those who bring experience from well-established technology companies. You have a reputation for integrity, accountability and responsibility, and are a strong team player with experience in channel, consulting, direct sales, business development and/or partner management.

​What you will do and what will make you shine:

  • Build relationships with leading cloud software vendors to bring them into the AppDirect platform.
  • Negotiate and close distribution contracts and guide partners into AppDirect’s distribution programs.
  • Oversee and maintain a large pipeline of partners and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Build business case to proactively invest in new API integrations to accelerate growth.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate growth activities (marketing, sales, programs, etc) aimed at maximizing transaction volume generated on the platform.
  • Act as an advocate for our ISV partners and grow their revenue by brokering new distribution opportunities throughout our network of resellers and channel partners.
  • Source new distribution opportunities through our ISV partners to identify new marketplace opportunities for our Channel Sales Team.
  • Manage ongoing relationships to measure and maintain high NPS for AppDirect’s growing catalog of ISVs

​Your profile:

  • Track record of overachievement in a new business sales, business development or partner management role for at least 5 years.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, technical knowledge, leadership ability and quantitative analysis acumen.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and engage internal leadership while managing external partners.
  • University degree in either business, technology or marketing
