Senior Account Executive - Growth at Jobbio US in New York, United States

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be a key member of our sales team, helping to increase the volume of services which existing Jobbio customers are utilizing. This team is still new within our sales department and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, propose strategies and play and key role in its development.

Reporting to the Growth Sales Team Lead, you will be assigned a portfolio of existing customers and be responsible for onboarding, building relationships, understanding their hiring strategies, and proposing business solutions using Jobbio which will help them achieve their hiring objectives. You will also support your team lead in the coaching, mentoring, and driving productivity of other members of the team.

How you will spend your day

  • Observe and review portfolio behaviour within the Jobbio platform on a daily basis
  • Onboard new customers, while building trust and effective relationships with assigned portfolio
  • Review existing customer communications and provide recommendations to enhance and improve
  • Respond to requests from portfolio for more information about our platform
  • Navigate a high volume of sales calls and activity on a daily basis
  • Create and deliver online demo’s of our platform to potential buyers based on their needs
  • Record all activity in Salesforce CRM
  • Meet and exceed assigned targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Who you are

  • Highly organized and excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ambition and self motivation to exceed both individual and team sales targets, preferably in a SAAS Business
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify customer requirements and ask effective questions
  • An exceptional written and spoken communicator
  • Demonstrated experience in leading others and supporting management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others and drive a positive team culture, motivation and productivity

Necessary Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3+ years experience working in high growth sales organisation
  • Salesforce CRM proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns to aid sales function
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process

Preferred Skills/ Qualifications

  • Knowledge and/or experience in the staffing industry in beneficial
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence clients and to build strong client relationships.
