You’ll be managing, supporting and growing a team of Sales Development Representatives, helping them hit and exceed their commercial team targets, as well as working with different areas of the business to come up with new approaches to spread the word about EDITED, and to ensure alignment across departments.
Day to day, you’ll not only be responsible for target management and KPI monitoring, but you’ll have ownership of side by side onboarding, training and motivating (all of which are super important to us).
You’ll be comfortable with helping our Sales Development Representatives navigate deals with some of the world’s largest and most prestigious brands and retailers, coaching them through difficult conversations with senior executives in order to hit those monthly, quarterly and annual team goals.
You will lead by example and bring credible experience and leadership in growing and evolving team attributes/behaviours, in alignment with our company goals and growth.
